Police and the Trick Service are investigating an event in Frederick including an apparent attempt to intimidate voters with the delivery of a threatening letter. The Trick Service is included because the letter specifically threatened Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and vice governmental nominee Sen. Kamala Harris.
