Cops and the Trick Service are investigating an event in Frederick including an apparent attempt to intimidate voters with the shipment of a threatening letter. The Trick Service is involved since the letter specifically threatened Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden and vice governmental candidate Sen. Kamala Harris.
